The Oasis Gourmet Catering menus are prepared with a tremendous amount of care to ensure a quality product. Our number one priority, above all, is in the integrity and taste of our food. We are in the food business because we love food and believe that you live to eat, not eat to live. Our sauces are all food truck made. Our brisket and pork belly are dry rubbed and braised for over three and a half hours, low and slow. We believe you will taste the difference.

 

We can vend from the truck or serve a buffet or family style dinner at any location you choose. Ask us about party platters or box lunch delivery.
